Our client, an established and highly reputable luxury goods distributor, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team based in Burlingame, CA. *** This is a hybrid role in Burlingame, CA with occasional travel. The company offers bonus and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional networking abilities in a multitude of environments
• Ability to manage and develop client business and pipelines
• Engage in full-circle customer service and maintain relationships with both customers and team members
• Manage a team within sales and marketing: manage hiring, coaching/training, employee development, ensuring the team is able to meet their goals.
• Cultivate a sales training program which seeks to emphasize encouragement and collaboration
• Ensure your leadership inspires a positive work environment
• Commitment to effective and professional communication across all internal teams as well as external vendors and clients

Requirements

• Ability to serve as a leader and motivator with integrity and empathy
• Experience in a Vice President role is optimal
• 5+ experience in outside sales in a management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortability traveling regularly
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Consumer goods industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge in PowerBI and NetSuite is optimal

Salary Range

$200,000 - $210,000
